Leadership
The ongoing ministry of the fellowship involves the active participation of many people. The fellowship is lead by a board of directors elected by the fellowship attendees. Positions rotate on a periodic basis to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to lead out and that no one member can monopolize a leadership position. Mike Hakanson (360-720-3494) is our volunteer chaplain. Mike is an ordained Adventist minister and is a Commander in the US Navy stationed at the Whidbey Island Naval Air Station. Pat Grant was our part-time chaplain for the previous three years and finished his ministry with the Fellowship in June of 2011 to pursue a career in auctioneering.
