Our Worship
Worship services at the Anacortes Adventist Fellowship are simple and relaxed where all are welcome. We meet each Saturday morning at 10:00am and our services consists of four basic parts:
- 10:00 am - Worship Service
- 11:00 am - Light Refreshments
- 11:15 am - Discussion Groups
- 12:00 pm - Fellowship
Our 10:00am Worship service consists of a variety of activities starting with praise singing (sometimes accompanied by a band) and more traditional church music; a sharing & prayer time; followed by a short homily by our Chaplain or a guest speaker.
Our 11:15 am Discussion service consists of a Christ-centered hosted discussion centered on an aspect of the message brought to us earlier in the service.
Our 12:00pm Fellowship consists of a vegetarian potluck on the first Saturday of the month. On the remaining Saturday's we typically have lunch at a nearby home or resturant. On many weekends there are informal recreational activities after the service such as hiking and boating.
